Terms and Conditions for YouTube Creator Media Review Device Application

Welcome to our media review partnership program! To protect the rights of both parties and ensure smooth cooperation, please read the following terms carefully before submitting your application. By submitting an application, you fully understand and agree to abide by all the following provisions:

1. Fair and Objective Reviews

We deeply respect the independent views of every creator. You must ensure that the review video content is fair, objective, and authentic. You are completely free to share the device's pros, cons, and your suggestions; we will never interfere with your genuine user experience.

2. Video Publishing Timeline

Publish within 2 weeks: You must complete the production of the review video and publicly publish it on your YouTube channel within 2 weeks (14 days) from the date the logistics tracking shows the review device has been successfully delivered.

3. Breach of Contract and Blacklist Mechanism

Overdue consequences: If over one month (30 days) has passed since receiving the device and no related review video has been published on your YouTube channel (without communicating a valid reason for the delay in advance), you will be permanently placed on our brand's blacklist. We will no longer accept any future review or sponsorship applications from you and reserve the right to recover the cost of the device.

4. Video Length Requirement

To ensure the depth and completeness of the review content, the total length of the review video you produce and publish must be over 10 minutes.

5. Completely Free of Charge

Once your application is approved, we will provide the review device completely for free and cover the shipping costs. We promise that we will never charge you any hidden fees or deposits throughout the entire collaboration process.

6. Store Purchase Link Inclusion

As part of the collaboration, you must clearly include the official store purchase link we provide at the top of the video description box and in a pinned comment, ensuring your audience can easily find the product.
